UGH! Enough of the snow already!

On Sunday we woke up to more snow. I measured this morning and we had about 7 inches. The sun came out in the afternoon and melted most of it.

FLOWERS!

Zachary planted Zinias. Ashlee planted Sweet William. We also planted Marigolds. We started them on Friday and on Sunday they started coming up! It has been so fun to watch. We were going to keep them in the basement, but its too cold. We have alost 100 seedlings in our front room!

Easter Time

I am so behind on posting. So instead of posting a few pics, I decided to put a slideshow up of all the fun. We colored easter eggs with my friend Sara and her kids. And then on Easter Satuday we went to THREE easter egg hunts. One at Santaquin city, one at the farm with the Ekins clan, and one with the Robbins clan. LOTS of FUN

Little Miss Harri

Tori sent me pictures of my niece, Harriet today. She is all the way out in England. I can't believe how much she is growing.

Planting Time Already?

Zachary planting Zinnia's. Its going to take a lot of faith to get these flowers to grow. It's March 21 today, and Mother's day in Utah is the "safe" day to plant. It sure is a nice spring day today though.

Its Soccer Time!

I wrangled Darron into coaching this year so even though Zachary is one year too young, he can still be on Ashlee's team. The first game is next week.

Taking a rest. PHEW!

"The Machine"

Zachary is so funny. After mom and dad are done with "the machine", Zachary gets dressed in his work out shorts and his "fast running shoes" to work out too. Go, ZACH!

Happy St. Patricks Day!!!

We went to Grandma & Grandpa Anderson's house to visit and have some lunch. Grandma was all decked out in her St. Patrick’s' necklace and earrings.

The Canary!

Posted by PicasaThis year it is our family goal to work on our food storage. I think I have about a 3 month supply. I still have a lot of work to do. Plus I need to organize what I do have. Water is a big concern. I'm not excited about having a bunch of 55 gallon barrels in my basement. But I know I will be glad if we ever need water. Any pointers?

Look at those huge MUSCLES!

Noodle Art

This was a lot of fun. I died the noodles using sandwich bags, rubbing alcohol, and food coloring. Then I dumped the wet noodles on the plates and let them dry for about a half hour.

Our view from the porch

We are so lucky to have the view of these mountains! As soon as the snow is off this mountain, Darron and I (and who ever wants to come) are going to make it to the top!
